Just a 30-minute drive from Levi lies a charming, family-operated husky kennel that’s home to more than 42 well-cared-for dogs. Among them are Siberian huskies, Alaskan huskies, and three reindeer dogs. This peaceful kennel provides a nurturing environment where the animals lead healthy, happy, and active lives.

During your visit, you'll have the chance to spend meaningful time with the dogs. A dedicated free-run area allows the huskies to roam and interact naturally with visitors. You’re welcome to step inside, pet, cuddle, and take photos with them in this open and relaxed setting. You'll also take a walk through the grounds to meet more members of the pack.

One of the guides will share insights into the care and routines of sled dogs, offering a look into their daily life and answering any questions you may have.

After the kennel tour, you'll be invited into a traditional Lappish kota (hut) to relax by an open fire. Enjoy warm berry juice and cookies while soaking in the cozy Arctic atmosphere.

The kennel is operated by experienced professional mushers who work with their dogs all year round. Their team includes Arctic-Alaskan huskies - a breed originally developed in Alaska during the early 1900s for racing in the Gold Rush era.
